Why I created the REIGNITE experience
I created REIGNITE from a deep desire to help others reclaim their power in a world that often demands we overextend ourselves in the name of success.
As someone who has spent years navigating the complexities of toxic capitalism, patriarchy and the unrelenting expectations of hustle culture, I know how easy it is to get lost in the urgency of it all (especially while navigating grief and loss). These oppressive systems teach us that we must sacrifice our well-being, our time and our bodies to be successful — resulting in us disconnecting from our deeper needs and desires (Hello burnout, chronic illness and wanting to burn it all down!).
But I believe there’s another way.
Through my own journey, I’ve learned that true success comes when we honour our bodies, our intuition and our unique rhythms. I created REIGNITE, an intimate and nourishing container to help others break free from the pressure of these systems and reclaim their energy, their confidence and their capacity to live, create with purpose all while feeling ALIVE— at a pace that feels aligned and sustainable for them.
This is not about hustle, force or pushing past your limits.
It’s about alignment, embodiment and living from a place of ALIVENESS THAT'S TRUE TO YOU.

HOW DOES THE EXPERIENCE WORK?
Prior to the 90 minute session you'll be sent a few q's so I can understand your goals and what you desire to receive from your REIGNITE coaching experience. We'll start with clarifying your intention and dropping into your body. You'll then layback and relax so you can receive your intuitive healing. Once complete, I'll share what came through, we'll discuss and then move into some transformational coaching with the aim of you leaving feeling calm, clear and certain of your next best steps. The following day we'll commence your 4 weeks of voice message coaching and support.
HOW DO I BOOK A SPECIFIC SESSION time & date?
Once you have made payment you will be emailed a Calendly link to book in your session. If you can't find a suitable time, reach out and we will come up with a solution!
I also work with clients all over the world, so we'll find a time that's suitable for both of us to do this magical work together.
do i have to bring a business challenge or be in business to BOOK this EXPERIENCE?
No, not at all. I'm a trauma-informed coach and experienced working with wonderful people from all walks of life. We can focus on any life, work, health, relationship, money concern you have.
CAN I RECEIVE ADDITIONAL COACHING SUPPORT?
Yes! After your 90 minute session you'll then receive 4 weeks of transformational voice message coaching, mentoring and support via the Telegram app. This is where the magic happens! And then at the completion of our time together you'll receive a 45 min Consolidation & Celebration coaching session where we reflect, refine your next steps and celebrate all that you've achieved!
DOES REIKI/INTUITIVE HEALING WORK ONLINE/remotely?
Yes! Energy is not bound by time or space. As a practitioner I use gentle hand movements around different parts of the body to get your energy moving and realigned. It can be common to experience tingling and warmth, see colours or images, have memories come to light and even fall asleep. I will explain more in your session :)
WILL I RECEIVE A RECORDING OF THE EXPERIENCE?
Yes, I do provide a recording of your session so that you can focus on being fully present in the moment and reflect on our time together in more depth later on.
